0:30.9	For Latinas like me, we have this thing called a quinceaniera when a girl hits 15 years old.
0:34.9	American culture grants grown up responsibilities to kids on their 18th birthday.
0:39.9	But, as we all know, just because someone legally becomes an adult doesn't mean they act like it.
0:41.8	Adulting isn't always fun, and oftentimes it's not easy.
0:44.9	But to do it successfully, we need to face responsibilities with a sense of maturity.
0:49.4	Now, before you turn off this podcast, because you think responsibilities are going to make
0:52.8	you break out into hives and make you want to eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream and block out
