Hello and welcome back to Living Fully.

I'm so excited because today I have a very special guest that embodies what this podcast

is all about probably more than a lot of people that are going to come on the show and

I happen to know him very well.

And today I have my dad on the podcast Gary Irvin, Mountain Climbing, Extraordinaire,

Business Man, Father of Four, Grandfather of One, and maybe too soon.

So hi dad.

I'm really excited to interview my dad because I've actually had more requests to have him

come on a podcast than any guests recently from you guys.

And if you are just now listening to this podcast and you don't know about my dad, I'll just

give you a little bit of a backstory and then I'm going to let him kind of tell his story.

In this really cool way that he's been telling it from the mountains, he writes lessons to

his grandkids.

So my dad is a Business Man, Extraordinaire, grew up in a small town, oldest of six siblings,

just a very like salt of the earth, Kanagah.

And worked super hard his entire life.
