Howdy, everybody. This is CJ, and I am back with a vengeance.

And for once, for seemingly the first time in a very long time, I have good news.

And the good news is that things have finally kind of improved a little bit and stabilized

as far as me and my personal and family life and everything like that.

Yes, it's now been a few months since anyone really close to me, including but not limited to me myself,

has been in the hospital for a significant stay for a major medical problem.

And on top of that, in just the last week or two, the condition of both myself and my wife

has improved noticeably and stabilized.

And so, you know, fingers crossed, knock on wood, all that sort of stuff.

Hopefully we're done,

at least for a while. I know you're never really done as far as you're alive that, you know,

shit continues to happen. As a blue-collar Buddhist, I have made my peace with the simple truth

that pain is inevitable. But hopefully I'll at least get a bit of a breather before the next cluster

comes down the line and I'll be able to kind of like, you know, rebuild and recover before the

next major disaster or set of disasters comes along. My wife is still disabled and still does,

you know, deal with chronic pain on a regular basis, but she's doing the best that she has in many months.

And at least for the last few weeks, it's been, you know, relatively stable.

So that's a huge improvement, you know, for my entire household, obviously most of all for her, but, you know, it affects all of us

when she's really doing worse than usual. And as for me and recovering from my own stint in

the hospital, finally in just the last, you know, week or two, I seem to have fully kicked

the lingering cough from the pneumonia, which is so nice to be done with that.

And then the other major symptom that I was dealing with for, I guess, it was probably about six weeks after I got out of the hospital that took forever to go away, was um, but severe fatigue and brain fog and low
