This was Noreen's decision to make the last episode the title of the book.

And we have done that ever since.

The last episode of every season is the title of the book.

Where do you get your titles?

By being pretentious. So Daniel and I are super

pretentious. Our titles are some mythological thing, has or does something. So Leviathan.

Sorry, yeah, right. Exactly. No, that's exactly right. That is the correct reaction. Right.

And then what about the artwork that you choose for your books? Is that,

what does that process like? We didn't, we didn't choose. So when we sold Leviathan Wakes,

this is 10 years ago, this is going to sound like I'm blowing my own horn here, but I am not.

This is just a statement of fact. It's going to sound like

you're peeing in your own face right now. It's going to sound like I'm peeing in my own face right now.

James S.A. Corey is like a much bigger deal now, obviously, than he was 10 years ago. So when we sold

Leviathan Wakes, we were just a couple of, you know, Daniel had a bunch of sales under his belt, so he was a known quantity. I was a relative unknown.

We wrote this book. We sent it out. We didn't expect to sell it for very much money.

It sold for more money than we expected, which was cool. But we were not like, we're not a big

deal. So they don't ask you what artwork you want when you're just like a newly starting writer.
