0:17.2	about the name change and we think it fits what we're going to talk about this season so
0:22.8	well and it also fits our season of life so well. And we're super excited to be back
0:28.8	on the podcast. I can't believe it's been I looked to see when our last episode was and
0:33.2	it was over two years ago. We definitely did not intend to take it. I was just telling
0:38.8	your dad earlier, he's like, what are you guys doing? I'm like, oh, we're going to go
0:41.3	podcast episode tonight and he goes, really? I'm like, you know, there's no time like
0:45.0	the worst time. And he got a, he laughed real hard about that because. They're living
0:50.0	with my parents. So yeah, we'll get into that. This truly is maybe the worst time for
0:56.5	us to dive back into the podcast, but we just want to. But there's no time like the
1:01.8	present. These are the days. These are the days, no time like the worst time. No, but in
1:07.1	all seriousness, we want to come back and, you know, talk to you guys and use this medium,
1:13.3	this form of communication as social media. It's just hard to communicate thoughts. And
1:19.9	it's just, it's a very specific way to engage with you guys. And this is totally different
1:25.3	and we've missed it. So Jeremy and I really are more long form people. We love having deeper,
1:31.5	meaningful conversations with people in real life and person, but also in this format.
1:35.2	Even through like our books and the podcast episodes, we love that kind of stuff. And I think
1:39.7	we've really craved a lot this past two years because we haven't had that. And so I feel like,
1:45.4	I feel like this season is going to be just a lot. We're going to talk about a lot of things
1:49.8	because we've been, we've been sitting on them for the past two years, like all these things that
1:54.4	we want to share. Yeah. And there's not really a good way to share it on Instagram. We've tried
1:58.7	to in little bits here and there with Instagram lives and stuff, but this is just way more fun
