Hello, friends, and welcome to the Bright Morning podcast. I'm your host, Elena Aguilar. And in each

0:09.8

podcast episode, you'll hear me demonstrate how you can lead conversations that build connection

0:15.8

and spark change. If I told you that I had a proven process through which you could improve your

0:26.2

self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, and refine your ability to make choices that

1:57.0

category with you. So let's start with goals. The first question is to reflect simply on

2:04.9

did you meet your goals for the year? If so, what do you think allowed you to do so? And if not,

2:12.8

what got in the way? The second set of questions is about behaviors, meaning what are the things you did or didn't do?

2:25.1

The first question in this category is, what do you think you did that had the biggest

2:32.2

positive impact on those you coached?

2:36.7

Were there any specific activities that stand out as having been impactful?
