| 0:14.0 | The theme of our meditation today is the deadly sin of envy and the ways to overcome it. |
| 0:22.0 | Envy is a sorrow or sadness. and the ways to overcome it. |
| 0:23.0 | Envy is a sorrow or sadness at another's good |
| 0:26.7 | and the pleasure at another's misfortune. |
| 0:30.4 | Envy is the sadness that someone else is good in the sense that we lament when something goes well for some other person. |

| 0:45.0 | it is clear that you suffer from some degree of envy. |

| 1:00.8 | So how do we know when we've fallen into envy? Well, we go around and tell everybody. |
