Hello everyone, happy Tuesday and welcome back after a long break for us.

We have been, you know, in the process of really finalizing our transfer from one hosting

site to another and it felt those things just take their time and glitches are inevitable.

So we are doing the best we can, getting everything tidy up, finished up and running smoothly.

That should be all good soon.

But for now, we're back.

I don't know if you've caught on, but we're doing a bit of a theme this month around kindness

and I'm continuing that today with a conversation on environmental kindness.

This episode is a bit different because it is audio from a YouTube video that I did recently

so if the sound is different or I mention things that seem a little bit YouTube-y, that's

because they are.

So just keep that in mind.

However, I think it's a really helpful introduction into practical ways to reduce waste

as individuals.

So we will dive into the full episode in just a moment, but first today's Rosebud and

Thorn.

So, my Rose for today is that I am back to work after a week off and when we realized

that I wouldn't be posting on the podcast for a week, I really was like, this is a good

opportunity for me to get a little bit of self-care and take a little bit of a break.

But it's always nice to just kind of get back into your routine.

Make sure I like feeling like I know what's going on in my business.
