Today, you're going to have your host, me, Randa Karaba, talking about the differences of entrepreneurship versus entrepreneurship and breaking down kind of the advantages and disadvantages or pros and cons of each,

the better fit for you. Because I know all over social media is like, become your own boss,

become your own entrepreneur. And I'm all about like manifesting those things. And I'm all

But there's this role called entrepreneurship that I think a lot of people don't even think about or know about or realize that can kind of be a blend of the best of both worlds between being an entrepreneur and completely working for somebody else.

So let's break those down, shall we? So first off,

I believe that everyone knows what an entrepreneur is. An entrepreneur owns their own business.

They come up with an idea. From there, they then grow a business from it, and they are in charge

of basically everything. So let's talk about the advantages of this. The advantages are independence. Like they are in control. It is up to them as far as how they turn this vision into reality. What different like limitations or rules or requirements or regulations they can set for their organization. This also comes with unlimited earning potential. This is why a lot of people

want to be an entrepreneur, right? It's because it does come with an unlimited amount of money that you

can make. It also can come with time flexibility over time. I like to say over time because yes, I guess it

does still come with quote unquote time flexibility in the

beginning, but there is so much to do that even though you may be getting to do this on your own

timeframe, there's still a lot that has to be done in the beginning stages of a business,
