Today, I'm sitting down with founders Krista Williams and Lindsay Simzick from the

Almoserti podcast and community. These two friends turned co-founders began almost

already on the floor of their closet, which gives me hope because that's exactly where I am right now.

I'm sitting on the hardboard floor, pregnant and out of breath if you can tell.

It's incredible what they have created together and with over 400 episodes, they have more than

30 million downloads and they are making such a huge impact on so many women's lives.

We're talking about their journeys to California, meeting each other and ultimately creating almost

30. This episode was so wonderful to record. I went up to Venice where their studio is and if you

can imagine the most feminine, beautiful studio I walk in. It's like, I don't remember like

pink velvet. It was gorgeous and they welcomed me with flowers and refreshments and we sat

down. It was just very, very cool and I've known them for a long time and it was just really nice

to see them and I think that you'll love the conversation that we had. I also went on their
