okay well thank you well I live out in the Seattle area but I've also lived up and down the west coast and lived for a few years in England and and also worked in Germany for a summer I you know grown up as a as a swimmer but have turned into a basketball player since then so go figure

and and I just really enjoy spending time with with my family and I'm really passionate about innovation so I spend a lot of time reading and writing and speaking about the topic and then and then also about social business and the pole aspects of marketing which is really about instead of trying to talk about how great your product is really focusing on helping people discover how how great your product or services and come to you instead of trying to push your information your agenda on them help

them become qualified buyers rather than trying to sell to them and so it's it's a really interesting area and it's sort of an emerging area of really how do you go about preparing the market for your new invention that you hope to become an innovation and also you know how can you as an organization break through all the clutter and instead of trying to shout louder trying to deliver messages to people where they are when they want to to read them or listen to them

and then find their way to you by the the breadcrumb trail that you've left of awesomeness. I love that success Quote braiden take it down to the ground level. How do you apply that success Quote to your everyday mentality?

that we'd like to do in our life,

the thing that usually holds us back

is the fear of failure.

And so what I like to think about

is instead of being afraid of what might happen,

and in some cases being afraid of success,

how can I plan for success,

and how can I make plans to limit what failure might do to me,

and might cause me to be afraid?

So that's how I kind of think about it.
