It's about the door. No, it's actually about our office store. This story is

which is I think a disease and so what the story is about is that we have this nice

office in Austin and for two years our door has been broken and we put a

post a note on the door that says don't use this door and now no one uses the

left side door so over the past two years you kind of just start saying I

guess I just always use the right door and

it dawned on me as I came back into run sumo.com that we need to fix the door and so

I said to the building owner I'm not paying anymore rent until you fix the store.

I'm not encouraging you to not to pay rent but this week the door is getting fixed and

the huge takeaway that this actually got me thinking about is that a lot of times in our

businesses we just put

sticky notes over things or we just start accepting things and we start saying

well I guess that's just how things have always been so we're going to keep doing
