My entitled sister refuses to pay me back any money that she owes me,

claiming that because my elderly dad pays me to take care of him full time,

my money isn't actually mine,

and that I should be okay with her taking it.

And I'm honestly so frustrated and I seriously don't know what to do.

Here's what happened.

Okay, I want to start off by saying that I'm almost in tears as I'm writing this

because I am so

infuriated. My 34-year-old sister works full-time, but has always been irresponsible about money.

She has a lot of credit card debt, and there's been several times throughout the year that she

has either asked me to borrow money or gone into debt. My mom passed away three years ago,

and Mother's Day is a very difficult holiday.

My dad is elderly, and the last year that I was living with him, I was helping him full time

because he has health issues, and otherwise I would have just gotten a caregiver. Prior to that,

I had given up my apartment and my job to move in with him as a temporary thing just to help out. My dad paid me

each month to help him, but nowhere near the amount of money that it would be to hire a

professional caregiver. However, he wanted me to be able to get my independence back, as well as being

able to get a job again outside of him, so he helped me financially with getting an apartment

last month, simply because I've been helping him, which he helped me financially with getting an apartment last month, simply

and helping him several times a week with all of his meal prep, as well as his medical appointments,

because right now I'm job searching, and when I do get a job, obviously things will shift,
