An entitled mom tries to get me banned from a gym.

This was a couple of years ago.

I was 15 years old and lived about two blocks away

from the community gym, and would go there often.

My routine was weightlifting and then cycling,

just because I'd like those two.

Because I always went around the same time,

I got to know and like some of the regulars.

Here's how Jimmy, which isn't his real name,

and his mother, Karen, came into the story.

Jimmy has special needs.

He's a really good kid.

He likes to use the cycle machines

while his mom uses the treadmill on the other side of the room.

He absolutely loves anything, trains, and transportation,

and likes dumb puns as much as I do.

So we became good friends.

I learned a lot about the Hungarian subway system,

and everything is easy, breezy, beautiful.

One day, Jimmy and I are sitting on bicycles next to each other,

as usual, and he starts to come onto me.
