My entitled mother expects me to drop everything I'm doing despite illness and a messy divorce

just to provide baked goods for her and her family and she simply is not taking no for an answer

and at this point I'm so exhausted and sick I simply don't know what to do. Here's what happened.

So for some context I'm going through a very messy divorce. It's been going on now for nearly

six weeks. In fact I only found out I was keeping my house two weeks ago and I managed to get my cats

out of foster care and bring them home. Everything I have is going into keeping this house running as

smoothly as possible as I am mentally disabled so I have to rely on the benefit system.

Whenever I can't buy physical gifts I've always done baking happers for my friends and family.

I usually started the beginning of December and get huge amounts of happers made by them.

Now my friends and family know what is happening and a majority of them said that they will wait till

January to get their happers this year as I have been scrubbing and sorting everything out as my

ex-wife left me to do everything. Paperwork, finances, house, our cats, you name it. I haven't stopped

for two weeks until I finally collapsed out of exhaustion and got the flu for the past four to

five days. It has been rough. I've informed everyone I can what's happening and everyone just wants me

to get back on my feet and get better. That is everyone except for my entitled mother. Like I said,

it usually takes me a month to prepare the happers and everything in these happers are completely

homemade. The Christmas cake, the gingerbread, the cheesecakes, the brownies and the tarts,

and this is just the minimum of every happer. I usually make 10 to 15 ha so you can probably imagine

how much work and time it takes to get these things done. It's only in this last week that I've

sorted out the kitchen so I could even start preparing to get anything together and then the flu

has struck me down. I've been sleeping most days because I physically cannot stop falling asleep.
