My entitled co-worker treats me and my coworkers like absolute garbage.

And despite the fact that we complain to the owner about this person's behavior,

she was spared any punishment, all because she was sisters with the owner.

But eventually, tempers flared.

As this entitled co-worker finally crosses a line

by claiming that she was going to fight me,

all because I called her out on her mistake.

And as a result, after years of putting up with this lady she was

finally fired from her job and I've never felt better about a co-worker leaving a

job before in my life here's what happened so to start things out I'm not a waitress or a bartender anymore, but this story's from 2012 when I was. I worked at a small family-owned Italian restaurant. At the time the owner mentioned that the restaurant sales were down and he was going to hire his sister as a hostess because he said that we as servers must be doing something wrong. We were all kind of shocked at that. I mean we noticed that it had been

slower but we were still dealing with the aftermath of the 2008 recession so we

assumed that it had to do with that. Also we didn't have any complaints other than wait time. The restaurant made almost all the food by hand, so we were confused.

Okay, for context, this is how we did hosting in the restaurant. Every Friday and Saturday, we would rotate one of the servers and have them as a hostess.

We would be paid more and the servers would tip us out.

As a hostess, we didn't just seat people. We would also bus tables and run food if needed. We didn't have a

buser or a table runner since again it was a small restaurant. I think the maximum we could

have had in the dining room was about 75 people and at the bar was 20 people. We also didn't have

sections, so the hostess would rotate who got sat next. Now the owner's sister is someone that I will

call Julie. So it was Julie's first day and she started at 4 o'clock

PM but hadn't shown up yet. We had people waiting at the door to be seated so

we quickly searched her up but we couldn't find her so we just sat people ourselves now of course once we
