2:08.7	And what I pointed out, as I said, this is a fake deal.
2:11.4	The M23 group, which is the group that's making these incursions into Congo, which is affiliated with Rwanda,
2:19.3	which Rwanda denies affiliations with this M23 group, was not at the meeting.
2:25.3	And I said, this was just a fake meeting between Congo and Rwanda, and there's no peace.
