The star, probably one of his biggest movies, all the president's men, right, starring Robert Redford, has passed at the age of

89. The Oscar winner died in his sleep at his home in Utah, outside Provo. The announcement

was made by Cindy Berger, who works for a PR firm. I don't know if he was still married. I don't

know what his deal was.

They say his first big break came in 1963 when he started in a Broadway play for

Neil Simon called Barefoot in the Park.

He often starred alongside Barbara Streisand, Jane Fonda.

He later in life won an Oscar for Ordinary People.

He directed that.
