What is happening in Yolo County, California? Back in November, we covered the disappearances of Enrique Rios and Elijah Moore. In this episode, you will hear new information about both cases along with information about the the disappearance of Oscar Alcaraz. Enrique has been missing since October 17, 2016, Elijah vanished a few weeks later on November 4th and Oscar disappeared on January 6, 2017. What do they have in common?
