I'm really happy to be here with you today.

We've got a great show in store.

We are in a special series right now called Any Asummer 2021.

It's our last week of Any Asummer.

The Any Gram is a personality typing system

and a tool we love around here because of how it helps us

know ourselves better and love our people better.

It's just a tool one of many that can help with personal growth,

but one that we find really interesting and helpful.

During Any Asummer, we talk to both a male and a female

who identify as each type.

These are my staff and our friends and friends of friends

who just are normal people who found the Any Gram helpful

for understanding themselves better.

They don't represent everything about their number

nor they represent every person who identifies as this number,

but I think they do a beautiful job telling us all about themselves.

We're doing something a little different during Any Asummer 2021.

We're focusing on where each type goes and stress

and where they go in security.
