0:18.8	Andy F. Downs. I'm so happy to be here with you today. It's one of my favorite times of the year.
0:23.6	And y'all's too. We can tell we are in a special series called Anyas summer 2021.
0:29.1	The Anyagram is a personality typing system and a tool we love around here because of how it helps us
0:34.3	know ourselves better and love our people better. It's just a tool one of many that can help with
0:39.1	personal growth, but one that we find really interesting and helpful. During Anyas summer,
0:44.0	we talk with both a male and a female who identifies each type and these are my friends or friends of
0:48.9	friends who are like normal people who found the Anyagram helpful for understanding themselves
0:53.8	better. Of course, they don't represent everything about their number nor do they represent every
0:58.0	person who identifies as this number. But I think they all do a really beautiful job telling us
1:03.5	about themselves and giving us an invitation into their lives. We're doing something a little
1:08.6	different during Anyas summer 2021. We're focusing on where each type goes in stress and where they
1:14.6	go in security. And we did an intro episode with my friend, Haley Watkins, who's an Anyagram
1:19.0	coach last week. So be sure to go back and listen to that if you missed it. We started Anyas summer
