Summary

We are about to learn next level safety tips from our enneagram 6 friends. :) JUST KIDDING. But yes- we are about to talk a lot about feeling safe yourself and creating safe environments for the people you love. Kate and Josh kindly invite us into the minds of the loyalist- their fight against anxiety, managing fears, and trusting God.

Also Kate gives THE MOST EXCELLENT tip to enneagram 6s. Seems incredibly helpful for us all, actually! (And you know how I feel about journaling anyways...) :)

Thank God for enneagram 6 friends who fight the fear, step out in courage, and make us all feel more cared for and safe.

0:27.2

is from our good friend, Mr. Ryan O'Neill, also known as Sleeping It Last. And this is the

0:32.2

instrumental version of the any Graham six song. It is so beautiful. And as you will hear

0:38.4

Josh mention, the lyrics mean so much to sixes. So make sure you get a chance to go read that,

0:43.8

listen to all the songs, make sure you buy some of Ryan O'Neill's music. His stuff is so, so good.

0:50.1

I'm so happy to have Kate and Josh on the show today both representing a little bit of different

0:55.5

kinds of sixes, but both having a lot in common. You'll hear a couple of high fives and going

1:01.1

each other best friends as they listen to each other. So my hope today is as you listen to this

1:05.6

episode about sixes, you will grow in understanding and sympathy and empathy and kindness towards your

1:11.8

sixes. But we'll start off as we always do with our good friend Beth McCord kind of giving us an

1:16.9

overview about our sixes. All right friends, let's learn about any Graham sixes from our dear friend

1:27.4

Beth McCord, your any Graham coach.com, your any Graham coach with Beth, you're coming out with like

1:32.3

45 courses for couples. Yes, so there's a course for every couple type. Oh, that's brilliant.

1:38.3

That's very helpful. It's going to coming out this summer. Yes, it's going to blow their mind

1:42.3

away. Yes, oh, I can't wait. That is awesome. Okay, tell me about sixes. Give us like an overview

1:46.6

of sixes. Okay, so sixes, their core fear is fear itself, not being supported, guided or

1:54.6

being blamed, targeted. And so sixes, what they're desiring is literally to be supported,

2:00.5

having security and guidance. And where this comes from is their core weakness, anxiety. And why

2:06.8

they have anxiety, a big reason is they have an internal committee. So if anyone listened to the
