I'm Joe and I'm Caroline.

And today we are so unbelievably excited because we have our first guest to share with you today on the podcast. We will be sharing

an interview that we had with Ainsley Britton. She's a certified Enneagram coach, an incredible mentor,

and so many other things. She has her own podcast called Wild Confidence. You can find it on Spotify

and Apple. She's an author and a two wing three, which we

learned all about. We dive deep into the nine different types, as well as how it can impact your

relationships, how to use it in seasons of transition, and also different ways that you can utilize the enneagram to love the people

around you better. But before we jump in and share our interview, Caroline and I are going to go

ahead and talk about our grounding moments. Caroline, what was your grounding moment this week?

So last weekend, Joe had her workshop, jump in with Joe, where she teaches all

things photography and how to run a successful business in that. And so mine was just meeting

everyone from this last weekend and meeting the girls. You know, they come with such enthusiastic and just eager to learn,

basically.

And so I always love jumping with Joe weekends and we did a lot of styled shoots and that were

beautiful and I got a lot of content for my own photography.

And yeah, that was mine.

And it was great, great weekend.

Yeah, it was fun.

So for me, my grounding moment is Matt and I officially confirmed our merch.
