And I'm Antonia Dodge. For the last couple of years we've been working pretty closely with an Enigram master

by the name of Dr Beatrice Chestnut. You might know her from books she's written

like The Complete Enigram and her most recent book not you might know her from books she's written like the complete any gram and

her most recent book which is nine types of leadership and we've been doing these

projects together really I think what we ultimately want to end up creating is some sort of I know you hate

this word Joel but synergy between these two systems but in the meantime we've

been you know trying to really focus on making the program that Beatrice

worked with us called the Ennearm Roadmap even better.

And so we have had her in the studio and we wanted to take this opportunity to record some really good content for the podcast around the Instagram while we have Beatrice in the studio.

thank you it's so great to be here always good to talk to both of you and

the thing that we've been discussing we've been discussing lots of different

angles of Myers Briggs and Enigram, but one of the things that we've noticed as people who produce a lot of content around both these systems is that when you look at the worlds,

the Meyers Briggs world and the Inigram world,

there are a lot of people who are trying to learn

and pattern recognize some things around both these systems.

And in that, you in that attempt to learn and observe

and try to figure things out, some of the patterns

aren't, they kind of circle the drain,

but they don't quite get it in the bullseye.
