And I'm Antonia Dodge. And this week we are inviting back a friend and Enigram expert, Beatrice Chestnut.

Now, Beatrice was on our podcast a few months ago

where we talked about her book, The Complete Enigram,

and we went over the work that she's an

expert in which are the 27 subtypes but Beatrice has actually written a

second book called the nine types of leadership and I just want to give a huge

welcome back the interest to the Personality Hacker Podcast. Thanks it's great to be

talking with you guys again. So in your new book The The Nine Types of Leadership, you go into using Enigram in the workplace.

Can you give us a bit of an overview about what is addressed in that book?

Sure.

So as many of us know, I think today,

leadership is really, really important.

Leadership development, people understanding

themselves as leaders. We need good leadership in the world, especially as work becomes more global.

So this book is about, first of all, the fact that there are really nine types of leadership.

Some people think that when they learn the anyagram

and they learn the nine types a little bit that, oh,

well, there's only one or two types that are really

leader types, right?

But I think the beauty of the Enigram

is it shows us that anyone can be a leader.
