Summary

In this episode of the Enneagram and Coffee podcast, I discuss the importance of self-care and understanding our natural rhythms. I challenge societal expectations of being a morning person and emphasize that routines and rituals should serve our individual needs and preferences. I also talk about my personal interest in plants and my struggle with finding a suitable watering schedule. The episode concludes with me encouraging listeners to explore their unique hours of creativity, productivity, and socialization, and to practice self-care throughout the day. -- Thank you to this week’s podcast sponsors - Just Thrive To learn more about this groundbreaking company, don’t miss episode 151.
