Hello friends, welcome back to the podcast. Today we continue our series on relationship

pairings with type 3 and 8. If you're looking for type 3 with 1 and 2 they are

already in the previous episodes of this series and each type will

get shorter as we go forward because the pairing will already be covered.

Finally three and three will be covered at the end of the type three section.

Now whenever you answer these relationship pairing questions, I like to do it in three points.

Conflict styles, things you may be unknowingly doing in your relationship, and ways you

may influence one another.

So let's dive in.

Conflict styles, so type 3 has a competency response to conflict. The competency group cut themselves off from feelings to solve problems logically. Objectivity is used to manage challenges and feelings are

quickly set aside to focus on the task at hand in a logical manner. So Threes tend to set aside feelings
