Hey everyone, it's Ben Blacker, the creator and moderator of the Nerdist Writers' Panel.

Thanks so much for downloading this podcast, which was recorded at this year's ATX television festival.

That's the Austin TV Festival, which takes place in June in Austin.

This was the second year of the festival, and it was even better than the first year,

which seemed impossible after the first

year because it was so much fun um this is sort of a loose and fun panel which followed the

screening of the new fox series enlisted um we had kevin beagle who is terrific he co-created

cougar town and uh it's a super nice guy, a very funny guy,

and his point of view really comes across in the show, which is really good. It's definitely

one of the best new series. Also on the panel was executive producer Mike Royce. And the stars of the show,

Jeff Stoltz, Chris Lowell, who you heard previously on the

Nerdist Writers Panel on the Veronica Mars conversation, Parker Young and Angelique Cabral.

And, you know, it's not a terribly informative panel, but it certainly is a lot of fun. These are

very funny and charming people

that make for a funny and charming show. So I hope you enjoy this. If you do not already have
