I have not. Now, you of course, remember this very famous scene from Pretty Woman. Yeah, like flicks up in the air. That's right. She's like slippery little suckers and then like the waiter catches it and he's like happens all the time. So escargo, for anybody who doesn't know, it's basically snails. It's cooked snails. And there's a lot of different ways around the world where it's prepared. But today we're going to talk about the very French way where it's like served in a very
