Father God, thank you so much for our grand opening next Sunday. Thank you that in just a few short months we've obtained a

building we've met some wonderful people we've seen thousands of hours of work put in

we have seen dollars raised we have seen people actually become Christians. We have seen relationships

formed and now God we are on the brink of launching a brand new church here in

the valley. We thank you for this tremendous opportunity and thank you for everyone who has given

prayed served in any way. We're grateful for everyone's contribution.

And God, it is exciting to be part of what you are doing. And so God, as we open your word today, we invite you Holy Spirit to take the scriptures

which you've inspired to be written to apply them to our lives so that we might become more like Jesus in whose

name we pray. Everybody said? Amen. All right well how many of you like watching

those reality television shows? When I was a kid they didn't really have those new phenomena a couple hundred reality television shows and I was thinking about the other night

How many of you watch those shows where they'll take let's say an artist a musician and then experts will invest in them

so that they become exceedingly good and blossom into the fullness of their

potential how many of you like those shows where they take a beat-up old house and

all of a sudden the crews show up and it's utterly

transformed into something glorious and good. Or how many of you like me you're a car

person or car guy and you like seeing some old car taken by a master mechanic and craftsman and turned into something that is revealed at the end is glorious and amazing.
