0:07.0	And we are just so delighted at honor that you are joining us for something we've been wanting to find time to do for a long time now.
0:15.8	We have decided to do some back to basic episodes where we discuss the foundations of building, honing, and honoring your intuition.
0:26.3	So on this show, we're going to discuss how your clair abilities are linked to your chakras and some tips and exercises to help you strengthen your psychic muscles.
0:38.3	So welcome everybody. Samantha, tell us what we're going to do now.
0:42.8	I think for me and I think for you too, Deb, learning your chakras and how your energy works and how it ins and vibrates through you is crucial.
0:52.9	Not only for mental, physical, and spiritual health, but also for intuitive development.
0:58.7	And each of our clair abilities is connected to a chakra, which I love because it just shows how everything truly is connected.
1:08.0	Now, there are several different ways in which our intuition operates.
1:11.6	And one of the best ways to define these intuitive abilities is through learning the clairs.
1:17.2	I know we've talked about the clair audience and clairsentine and clair cognizant and clair all of those abilities on the show many, many times before.
1:24.5	But this week we want to do a deep dive into how the chakras and your intuition expressed through these clair abilities are connected.
1:33.4	So as you know, we have seven major chakras.
1:36.6	They start at the base of our spine and run up to the top of our head.
1:40.8	It's the root chakra, which is right at the base of your spine or also in your perineum.
1:46.2	You have your sacral chakra, which is above that.
1:48.8	Right below and kind of right at your navel is your solar plexus chakra.
1:54.8	And then you have your heart chakra.
1:57.0	And you do have a higher heart, but we're not going to talk about some of the lesser known chakras today.
2:01.2	We're going to stay with the seven main ones.
2:03.3	And then at the base of your throat, you have your throat chakra in the center of your forehead right between your eyebrows.
