Good morning, today is March 25th, 2019. My name is Eduardo Vicente and these are Puerto Rico's top news for today.

So we start off with a positive news.

John Belázquez, who is a Puerto Rican horse rider, just became the first horse rider in history to make the $400 million mark in prices and race prices. He was also the first person

to ever reach the $300 million mark. So that pretty much makes him one of the best horse riders in

history at least one of the best to consistently stay at the top for a long period of time and therefore be able to rack up these huge price numbers. Now he's on his way

to $500 million but that's really not very likely since he's already 48 years old so it's very

unlikely that he will make the $500 million mark but good for him it's a lot of money, in price money. We move on and a group of economists are saying that Puerto Rico is overestimating.

It's revenues and it's future revenues and it's fiscal plans and the oversight board

is allowing them to.

And this will result in negotiations with bondholders,

which are bad for the country,

because we will end up negotiating a lot more

than we could actually pay.

The thing here is that the more we project

that we're gonna make in revenue,

then the more bondholders can ask for.

So if we're gonna make $10 billion in the next 10 years, just to put up a number, well, they can say, then the more bond holders can ask for. So if we're going to make

$10 billion in the next 10 years just to put up a number, well, they can say, then they can say,

hey, I want 20% of that. But if we're going to make $20 billion, then they can say, hey, I want

20% of our revenues

So this is very serious
