1:01.1	We here over the pond decided way back when that we were going to adopt 9-1-1 because back then everyone was using a rotary dial phone.
1:07.2	For any of you that know about using a rotary dial phone,

1:19.6	During emergency, that could feel like hours.
1:26.6	So we opted to dial the long nine, followed by two of the quickly dialed ones. The reason I'm getting into the talk about 911 versus 999,
