semi-final. Just beating Sweden 2-0 here. I've got alongside me his Matt Law from the

Telegraph High Matt. Charlie White, my colleague from the Sun is here as well.

We're still pretty charged up, still pretty excited because it's only a couple of hours since that game finished.

Charlie, thoughts on England getting to to we'll get to the performance

in a moment but England getting to a World Cup semi-final what does this actually mean

to you and your career and waiting for this moment?

Unbelievable because we didn't expect it at any stage going back to the first qualifier under

Sam Aladice and it was unconvincing the way we got through.

So to be here now is absolutely brilliant and I'm really pleased for all the players, the manager and everyone back home.

I mean I actually I do have a sense of feeling very privileged about covering this now.

I mean it's something that you can go through a

career and not not have with England. We know that from their history. So as well as

being kind of overwhelmed by how well England are doing I actually I'm feeling very

very privileged to be in this position.

Yeah, me too. I thought, I've never thought this day would happen, but it will arrive on Wednesday

and England will play in the Lismici Stadium. They'll play the Croatia or Russia, We'll know the result of that by the time you

guys are listening to this at home. And if you can hear that bit of background noise, it is actually
