they did i actually think it was quite fitting that they won it on penalties because it felt

like this tournament was a fucking grind and they had to they were not giving up that trophy with

it had to be prized from their cold dead hands. They were clinging

onto that European trophy with every fibre of their being. They were not going to give up

without a fight. And I just felt so perfect that it ended up going, I mean, I wish I hadn't. I

wish they bloody won it in 90 minutes. But it felt so perfect that it went down to penalties. It

was like, this is how

far we have to go to hang on to this bloody trophy. I didn't feel as nervous in the final as I did
