Stress is not a natural part of your life. Stress comes from your inability to manage

your own systems. Well, this human mechanism is a complex machine. The most sophisticated

technology in the planet is here. You try to operate this without even reading the

user's manual. Well, then it's hit and run all the time. Being happy, unhappy, stressful,

tranquil, being agony or ecstasy, everything has become accidental. When you live accidentally,

anxiety becomes natural. This one thing we must understand that human experience comes

from within us. Pleasant or unpleasant, both comes from within us. If we take charge of

this one thing, we will determine the nature of our experience. This you must do for yourself.

We do not know what else you will do for yourself, but this one thing you must do for yourself,

your experience of life on this planet is wonderful. This is what engineering yourself means.
