Summary

Today we are going to talk about self-kindness. I want to focus on self-kindness because I think it's the one thing that we as black women just don't get enough of. This episode is for you if you are constantly forcing yourself to do things. Self-kindness is about expressing understanding and patience to ourselves, even when we make mistakes. When was the last time that you treated yourself with warmth and kindness? Let’s talk about it. ourselves with warmth and patience. I want you to sit with that. When's the last time you

treated yourself with warmth or with patience?

2:07.5

Well, are you constantly forcing yourself to do things, pushing, pulling yourself out of bed,

2:15.8

going through a life of just absolute force instead of ease, instead of warmth and kindness?

2:19.4
