I'm so excited to invite Mike to the podcast today to talk to us about energy work, developing extrasensory perception with touch and sight, working on the chakras, using and manipulating the

energies of the body. So Mike Aho has done and developed skills related to energy work for the

past 11 years and he's going to share with us some of the cool things that he learned along the

Will you tell us a little bit about, you know, a little bit more about yourself, like where you are,

you know, you don't have to, you don't have to give us your hometown if you don't want,

but just generally where in the world you are and kind of what has brought you here to this place

of energy work? work well it all started

when i was younger i was pretty intuitive i could kind of get things without knowing where it came

from so that kind of kind of guided me in a certain direction to look into things that when i was 18

i was really into spirituality.

I didn't know how to do it.

I didn't know much about it, but I was into it.

So I went ahead and I listened to Robert Bruce, who's a pioneer with Astro Projection.

I listened to him on coast to coast a.m.
