Matt how what does next air energy partners do and how does it how is it different from next air energy that we talked about on the first show?

Yeah, so whereas Nixair Energy itself owns utilities and a competitive energy business, which owns wind farms and solar plants that it sells to the power of third parties.

Next area in a partnership partners focus is entirely on kind of that competitive energy business.

They own a large portfolio of wind farms and solar projects that they'll sell the power to third parties.

You know, like so for other utilities, for example, they don't want to build a wind farm themselves
