Summary

a lot of us go through life not fulling feeling or experiencing things to their full capacity— myself definitely included. as a result, our energy fields become blocked + this has a negative affect on our mind, body and spirit. as i have become more aware of self + how i process my experiences, energy resets have become to be an essential part of my journey. an energy reset is an opportunity to feel, release, renew, and come back to self. in this episode, i talk about why + how i am resetting my energy and i also share a few journal prompts for your reset followed by an energy reset meditation.

actually feeling in this moment. What am I feeling in this moment?

In this moment, I'm feeling gratitude.

When we do these checkings, I want you to understand that the point is not to be like, oh, I'm now i'm feeling joy i'm feeling because i don't

always feel that way the point is to actually check in with yourself because we don't do that often

enough it's important to do that it's important to know where you how you're feeling, regardless of how it is that you are feeling.

So no feeling that you may have at any point in time, but especially right now is the wrong feeling.

Just acknowledge how it is your feeling.
