I'm Eric Townsend and this is the introduction for the preview of the new and improved episode

3 of my energy transition crisis docu-series project.

If you were looking for the regular weekly Macro Voices podcast with co-host Patrick

Suresna about macroeconomics and investing, this isn't it.

Regular Macro Voices episodes have three digit episode numbers and this week's episode

will probably be the next one or a couple down in your podcast feed.

For those of you who have already heard the original version of episode 3, I'll give

you a quick rundown on what's changed before we dive into the preview.

This episode hasn't changed as much as episodes 1 and 2.

The biggest change is the analysis of how much clean energy is needed to solve the problem,

which was originally contained in the original episode has been taken out and moved to

episode 1.

So the biggest difference is more what came out of this episode as opposed to what was

added to it.

The first five minutes and the final three minutes of this version are new content.

Everything in between is basically the same message that was in the original episode

3 except that several sections were deleted to eliminate repetition and a few minor errors

were corrected.
