This is the introduction for the preview of the audio track only for the third episode

of my forative docu-series project about the coming mid-2020s global energy crisis.

I really want to thank the Macrovoices community for all the excellent feedback and critique

that I've already received on the first two episodes.

Your feedback has been extremely helpful and it's allowed me to see things I wouldn't

have seen without your critique.

And that means it's time for me to call bullshit on myself for that first episode.

I had the wrong message plain and simple and that episode is going to need a complete

and total rewrite.

I wouldn't have realized how far off base I was if not for listener feedback, so please

keep that critical feedback coming for the remaining episodes.

It's really valuable and it's helping and making a big difference.

Several of you pointed out that I was too repetitious in the first episode, repeating the

message that wind and solar alone can never possibly solve even half the problem.

You were right that I repeated that message too many times, but more to the point it was

the wrong message.

Obviously I'm skeptical that wind and solar can solve anywhere close to the entire problem,

but I can't prove they can't and more importantly that's not the main message that I want to

hang my hat on.
