1:24.4	course of liberty and hope that is California. Yesterday, California's Pacific Gas and Electric Company
1:30.5	warned over half a million of their customers about the potential for rolling blackouts. Obviously, their
1:35.2	energy grid is, it's in big trouble as temperatures, they just continue to increase their averaging over 100 degrees.
1:41.6	And a governor, Gavin Newsom, always a treat, put out this video asking Californians to take certain measures to
1:48.8	prevent these blackouts from occurring, by the way, notice he's wearing a giant, thick sweater while asking
1:55.1	everyone else to turn their thermostat up to 78 degrees. Everyone has to do their part to help
2:01.8	step up for just a few more days. Individuals, the state, industries, business, all doing their part to
2:07.6	help reduce strain on the grid. Now, here's specifically what you can do in the early morning hours,
2:13.0	particularly tomorrow, the next day or so. Pre-cool your home. Run your air conditioning earlier in the day when
2:19.4	more power is available. And we encourage you to close your windows and blinds to keep your home cool as well.
