Well, these figures perhaps should come as no surprise, Paul, were in the middle of a cost-of-living crisis,

and of course, in the last 18 months, we've seen dozens of suppliers go bust

with record high energy bills. But the number of complaints is still quite something. Last year,

there were more than 105,000 complaints to the energy ombudsman at 53% from just two years

before when there were fewer than 70,000. And what are the complaints about?
