want. But I think that one of the main things we really need to talk about is why most of us think

we know what we want, but if we try to put it in words, we actually don't know what exactly

it is that we want. So let's say, for example,

let's take something small. You want to lose weight. Do you want to actually lose weight? Do you want

to not feel stressed about your weight? Do you want to not feel triggered when you see other people
