Every, like I feel like I sound very old when I say that, but it's true nonetheless.

It's just absolutely nuts.

Well, Jason, you pitched this show idea to me last week,

and I loved it so much because I visited a few cities recently

and just seen kind of massive amounts of construction going on,

and Vince Shen Shen who hosts the

Tuesday CD show he just came back from Austin and he said that the skyline was just like a sea of

cranes and one of the biggest growth areas for construction is

actually Southern California which is where you are Jason so are you saying much of a

construction boom? Yeah I am the city I live in is really weird. They have such like crazy laws about

expansion but outside of my city there's huge there's huge demand. The economy's

pretty good in Southern California.
