I have found even more value in the guy that's one, two, maybe three years ahead of me.

I was talking to a builder and I was very impressed with his portfolio, his workload,

and I was like, how long have you been doing this this and he outlined the map of how he got to where he was and he was two years ahead of me based on revenue based on the type of projects based on everything and it was really cool to understand that where it's like, man, you know, in two years he went from where I am today to where he is today.

And two years goes by in a blink of an eye. You know I got to keep charging forward here.

Guys welcome back to another episode of End Week. I was being interviewed the other day

for an article they're writing about developers and

builders in my area and you know we were talking about everything from my upbringing to

getting into building my passion for building my passion for building, my passion for

building, my passion for architecture, why I'm getting into

developing, and you know, then the topic came up

about social media and promoting and sharing everything I do through documentation,

specifically video. And the question came up as, hey, when did you start with video? And it's interesting because it was, you know, the end of year two in my business, Meg and I bought a home in Boston called Tucker. It was on Tucker Street and when we bought it we talked

about how we should film it for a YouTube channel. And those of you guys know now this gentleman Doug who also produces this

podcast I went to college with him and you know he lived in the same sweet as

me and I had sent him a message on

Facebook and I believe yeah I believe it was Facebook and I said hey you know

would you want to come and film what where you know what we're about to do I'd

love to create some videos around it and he was up for it he lived in Maine at the time

and he would drive I don't, two hours or two hours plus from Maine down to Boston and he would be on site with me while I was working. I was physically working on this home, have my belt on.

And I basically was like, hey, come when we do demo,

come when we do site work, come when we do framing,

and it was just, you know, more or less just a one day shoot. And he would film for eight hours and at the
