I have found even more value in the guy that's one, two, maybe three years ahead of me.

I was talking to a builder and I was very impressed with his portfolio, his workload,

and I was like, how long have you been doing this this and he outlined the map of how he got to where he was and he was two years ahead of me based on revenue based on the type of projects based on everything and it was really cool to understand that where it's like, man, you know, in two years he went from where I am today to where he is today.

love to create some videos around it and he was up for it he lived in Maine at the time

and he would drive I don't, two hours or two hours plus from Maine down to Boston and he would be on site with me while I was working. I was physically working on this home, have my belt on.
