The Builder Show is it's not so much about seeing the new thing that you didn't know about,

it's more about developing relationships with these vendors.

I work with vendors, I do vendor collaborations, I have brand partners that help support a lot of our projects.

These brands and vendors want you.

They're always looking for good builders that can help promote their product or share their product or improve their product.

My friends, we are very close to the International Builders show of 2024,

head to Las Vegas, and I wanted to hop on here because I feel like, well at least in the last few weeks a lot of people

have reached and said hey I'm thinking about going should I go what can you

recommend what's your advice how do I see everything who should I see and I wanted to just take a couple minutes and talk to you guys and share my experience so the

builder show number one, is massive.

If you guys have been to JLC, it is very similar in the sense that, you know,

what is focused and there is workshops and there's live demos and

there's products and there's vendors but it's just bigger it's I don't even

know to date how many square feet but it's I know it's well over a million

square feet I think they've completely switched to only Las Vegas at this point because

Orlando I think they outgrew and if you've been to Orlando and if you've only

been to Orlando Vegas is far better in terms of walkability you're not walking between

uh these these you're not walking between these buildings that are like 20 minutes apart and it's

much easier for the after-hours activities like dinner and events and things like that.

Traffic in Orlando has always been terrible.

But what I find super funny, and I've made the mistake too, is that we all want to show up and you know

being you know be our best version of ourselves and a lot of guys will have their brand
