The important part of everything I've learned in all these conversations I've had is that I need to allow, especially when it's not me, someone else to have a win, to get to the end and sit and learn and understand hey at that very moment that is the best possible

work I could have completed and the next time I know I can do it better and allow that to be the

encouragement rather than hey you were so close so I'm going to

rip it out and let's start over and see if you can if you can do it better right now. All right, story time. So I was with, why was my audio sound like it's echoing?

Story time.

So I went and looked at this new project just for a reference

it was a potential project up in Maine and did not have a pre-construction

agreement but decided to meet with the client because it was a really cool project really cool architect and I wanted the opportunity obviously to do this project. And I go out, we meet with the client, and we're chatting,

and we're talking about our process,

and I'm walking them through pre-construction,

construction, post-construction, all of the things

in terms of what, you know, how we operate, like what our process would be, how we would go through building this.

It was a difficult site.

And the question came up in regards to attention to detail and how we would manage that being

that we were not local and was able to walk through that but he said something that was really

funny and he talked about how he was obsessed with detail and obsessed with alignment and almost almost quite literally we said it at the same time but I had said I'm one of those guys that when I lay down and I'm talking about the gym at this point but if I lay down on a bench and I look up and I'm not aligned with the ceiling tiles that I can't go through

my workout I have to get up and adjust my bench and he laughed and he said that's exactly how I am and his wife kind of rolled her eyes and laughed and said you guys are ridiculous this is this is insane but what it was funny is that you know we hit it up like out. Like that was a really good moment for us and we felt as that we were on the same page

and understood the importance of attention to detail.
