But in the meantime, we are really kind of excited about the possibility of the Department of Labor taking on Wall Street and the insurance industry again over the issue of qualified retirement plans at work.

Qualified retirement plans, particularly 403B plans, but 401Ks too, 457s, are big, big, big, big, big business for both Wall Street and the insurance industry.

The insurance industry has a special chokehold on the 403B industry,

and consumer advocates are trying to get the labor department to really crack down

on some of the bad stuff that is being sold to investors through these plans.

And yet the industry, well, of course, as expected, they're pushing back a little bit.

Yeah, more than a little bit.
